I've been looking if the casino is communicating with us but I've seen that the last few complaints have not been successful. There was one that was resolved but the casino didn't respond in the other ones, which is quite disturbing to me.
What's worse is that they don't write you back at all and you don't know anything further.
I would try to wait a little longer, but if you don't hear from anyone and you don't get any money, definitely file a complaint.
