Well, if the whole issue is basically about not receiving the free spins after making a VIP deposit, then unfortunately this is probably not something our complaint team would be able to help much with.

We can’t really force a casino to give a player a bonus or free spins. That’s also why your complaint was rejected.

So in this particular case, I honestly doubt the complaint would be reopened if you submitted a request to reopen it based on the same issue.

They are not cooperating with you guys. There's 3 open complaints and 2 of them they have not provided the evidence within the deadline. They're on the extended timer on those 2 cases. If they would have evidence they would have provided it, unfortunately it looks like they are willing to take the hit as a unresolved than paying their players. Funny enough on Trust pilot they keep mentioning how they will work with you guys and provide anything you require however they go unanswered. Let's wait and see in the next 5-6 days what they will do. I know they have nothing so odds are they will not answer, and i hope Casino Guru smashes down the rating to 0% and blacklists them to avoid other players falling for it.

I don’t really see much sense in the casino communicating with us through the complaint and then suddenly stopping.

I hope that won’t be the case here and that things are simply taking longer than expected. But as I said, we’ll only know with time and will have to see how the situation develops.

how did you resolve your issue? You were blamed and given the same excuse as me? Can you please share what was the conclusion?

I closed my case because they said regardless of the outcome they won’t give the money we won. So I just accepted my deposit.

You should have let the investigation continue, if you were convinced of not having a multiple account…at least they would have taken a hit on they’re score which would have made an impact for other players not to get fooled of their business practice…now you’re giving them right and maintaining their score just to receive your deposit back.

There is no point in fighting these guys, because all they will do it block you and keep saying you have multiple accounts. And they aren’t replying to casino guru because they don’t care about the rating going down here. Whether casino guru decides or not, they won’t give your winnings no matter what. It’s part of their game and if anything go complain on the gaming authority site, not in here
