Mirage123: No. I sent them originally closing request on 24/09/2023. They lie they didnt reveive this request (even my Gmail’s .eml data shows it was sent succesfully), and they even replied me by adding me 1000€ to play more and wished good luck in games.

After it I lost 9000€ and contacted them again, then there came email account is closed permanently. This was a lie also, because in 2026 May and June they started again marketing me through email, with my personal details etc. I tried log in via Zimpler bank in logging method and it allowed me in and would have allowed to deposit. I contacted them again, no responses.. I contacted Zimpler, then at end of summer Zimpler has removed their services from ExciteWin. This opetator seems to have no license at the moment and the way they handle responsible gaming is predatory and illegal. And they mask now deposit payments to look webshop payments, which is sign of financial crimes.

Yes Indeed awkward that they also deleted my deposit history. It only can be Seen for the last 2 months which is very suspicious also . In my case they recieved and answered also on a number of times of I am sure I want to delete my Account and I confirmed it so clearly everything was read understand and still ignored .

No the Account still remains open and accessible. No contact has been made from them in any flatform

Oh, I was hoping the support could try to help clear up the situation and close the account as per your request. I imagine this must be a challenging situation. I strongly hope the current outcome is not the end.
