Hi, I understand what you are saying, but as far as the complaint is concerned I explained in my previous answer how it works. There are a lot of requests so our team tries to get to each player as soon as possible.

As far as your problems are concerned, Petronela has already answered and you can look at it and respond to her questions. She will continue to investigate and we will see where our team gets to and what can be done with the situation. In the meantime, we will have to be patient.
