My last 2payouts of 800/300 were payed on the next day on my card I used to deposit my first 3 payouts took 3 full working days plus there was bank holidays and weekends so it took 6/7days

Hello, you can read what players say in this thread. I think it's a mix, some took longer and others shorter.
Anyway, I would say that it definitely shouldn't take as long as it is now, a month. What did the casino say to you and what reason did they give for waiting so long? Are you already verified with the casino or was it not necessary yet?
Still, I would probably think about lodging a complaint and our team would try to help you somehow.
But before that I need to know answer to these questions so I'm sure we can at least try to help.

I ask Their support by email and I received info ''there is a slight delay on your payment provider's side in processing the transaction.'' They still not accepted my request so how is IT possible???

Thanks for the reply, if they say there is a delay I would try to wait. It's important to remember that weekends don't often involve withdrawals, and while you've usually always gotten money from sister casinos, I wouldn't worry about not getting it here. Feel free to check in from time to time to see how things are going, leave the money and don't gamble with it, and if it goes on too long and you don't have the money by the end of this week, I would open a complaint.

I started on this site a few months ago ago and have had many payouts from them the first payment took over a week it was over the festive period since then I have had several payouts from 800£ to 100£ and they have paid the next day even weekends tbetween 6am and9am uk time I have them pay back onto my card I use to deposit I tried a bank transfer it took 3 days there is a daily withdrawal limit I have not tried to take more than that of so I don’t know if that effects the time hope it goes well for you. Pretty good experience on your part then I'd say. Waiting times for withdrawal were not long in your case and so I don't know if it was because of the amount or the payment method.
Anyway, are you still playing there or not so much anymore?

i play regularly on fat pirate I like playing the thunderstruck games not had a problem with withdrawals since the first one they don’t restrict deposits no time warning every hour when playing the only complaints I would have is the fees for exchange rates and payments the constant texts from there sister sites
