I will try to be short....



I am playing with frumzi for months...and i have spend over 50.000.... i never had issue... withdrawals always within day or two... I decided to take a break for a few weeks...came back after they insisted..and gave me perks.... I started spending...again...


Now i have won jackpot and few more total around 25k... They processed 1000e in withdrawals and then played dead.. offered safety line etc...i obviously played the balance off...as i was frustrated and wanted to play in the same time... long story short i am sitting at balance roughly 5000 with pending withdrawals and casino lowered my vip status to basic lvl ... Despite me depositing... Withdrawals sitting there and VIP manager not responding... Its very very sad ...but can someone help me and direct me where to seek a help .. they said that because my deposit are lower then my balance/withdrawals they have automated system that lowered my vip status and limit withdrawal....


Its not fair....


Note i deposited over 5k in last 2 weeks...so its not lack of movement or so...

Hi, I see what you're saying, and I understand that it's not the best situation to be in. But can you tell me how long you've been waiting? Since you said you have 5k to withdraw and your VIP status was downgraded, did you have to split it up?

When i won my "manager" rang immediately...congratulate etc .. my withdrawals were taking 1 a week 1000.... But was offered safety line 20% on any loses.. So i played away... When i wanted to claim the safety line they went silent... 3 days of emails and contacting...they applied safety line and went silent... For now i have 3 pending withdrawals....and as for yesterday they have downgraded my status to lvl 1 and 500e daily withdrawals....but thats no good anyway as my current ones are sitting there... Again i have been playing in between anyway with spare money i had about 5k in 2 weeks so even tho i had pending withdrawals i still deposited...as i didnt want to cancel them...



So long story short they removed my vip status...canceled my manager and are not responding...yes they are processing the withdrawals at piece 1 a week for ladt 3 weeks...but now lowered my limit to 500...so it would take months to get out the money...



Once my balance reach 0 i will be finishing with frumzi once for all... They are happy to take deposits... For me i am not in financial distress or deep in debt... But either way this is not fair treatment after all..
