Well, it doesn't look very pleasant when you say that so far you've always got the money basically right away, but you see that you're not the only one waiting for the money. 

So if the casino has some delays and if it's in some kind of order, I believe you'll get your turn soon too. 

It's certainly appreciated that they don't ignore you and tell you what's going on, and I want to believe that you'll have money in the nearest future. 

Regarding the zimpler, did you use it to withdraw your previous funds ?

Its just that these complaints here all are from the same time period. It arouses some suscpisions. Also that they don't have that malta licence anymore? Don't meet requirements?


Anyway. I used zimpler on most of the occasions, it remembers you and your account so its faster sure.


But I did use skrill also before and it was like 1 day.


Now...god knows. But the problem with this, either they really have troubles regarding pays, or their service just has very low quality/quantity at the moment.


But for a casino that has been around since 2020 I hardly think they suddenly experience paying troubles which is suspicious.


Like I said once I was on the plus(some 1000+) they started delaying and they bomb me with VIP bonuses...WHICH I CANNOT USE because of pending withrdawal DD


Too bad. I would say there is absolutely no point playing in this casino anymore. How one is suppose to play if you need to wait for one small simpel withdrawal for weeks? There is plenty of casinos capable of processing any payment in 1-2 days or even faster.

Not for me this site. I would rate it 4/10 just because of these and the customer service problems.

I understand that it doesn't evoke the best feelings, but if the casino has a lot of it, then it doesn't seem so strange to me that it's all at the same time. 

Regarding the license, I see that they have a Curacao license and not a Maltese license, so in this case they probably don't or didn't have one. 

As for the rest of what you wrote, I'll just say to try to be patient and if you get the money then you can decide not to play in the casino anymore as they have long withdrawals. 

For now the only thing we can do is wait, although I would like to say something else.
