Hi, I've been looking at user reviews and complaints from players. There is one complaint that was resolved the other day, but I guess it doesn't fall under no problems. Of course, if we took it apart we would find that there was a verification problem, but still the player didn't expect much. So it would be 50-50 on my part.

I don't know who you're writing to, but I don't work at the casino, and I know I messaged you about this case back then. After all, you can check it out in this thread. But please keep it respectful and communicate politely so you don’t end up getting banned. I know I tried to figure out what happened to you before. I replied and asked you questions, but then you stopped responding, so there wasn’t much we could do to help you. If you had stuck with it back then, you could have filed a complaint and we would have looked into it. But unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
