I dare to say the casino won't very likely respond to your post here on the forum, or at least their representative has never done so. The way I see it, you very much like to complain about the matter. However, I do not believe this post will help, and I also think that displaying your transaction details along with your casino username is not at all a beneficial idea. Kindly consider editing your post, please. Internet is full of scammers.
