I am writing this to share my frustrating experience with Instant Casino, hoping it serves as a warning for others.

Over five months ago, I requested a refund via email. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I never received a single response to my emails. In my desperation for answers, I turned to their live chat almost daily, only to be met with the same stalling and unhelpful messages.

Adding to my frustration, Instant Casino decided to block me on Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, effectively cutting off all other communication channels.

After months of persistence, live chat finally confirmed that my refund was being processed. I even have proof of these conversations. Yet, weeks later, I still have not received my money.

This situation is unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and outright avoidance of accountability is appalling. It shouldn’t take months of relentless effort just to get back what is rightfully mine.

I strongly urge others to think twice before engaging with this platform. If Instant Casino truly values its customers, I hope they address this issue immediately and reconsider how they handle refund requests in the future.

Even the CEOs of the company behind them - Bad Hombre Gaming - refuse to answer anything. Literally every contact person at Instantcasino.com and Bad Hombre Gaming ignore every single message from me, my lawyers, Revolut and Mastercard. We know who they are and where they are - they can't hide but yet seem intent on just batting the issue to the side and not responding to formal communications. Up there with the worst Casino operators I have ever used. Lies, deceit, fraud, ignorance. When Mastercard shutdown their fraudulent merchants and and recover my funds and stop them ever accepting Mastercard payments again then I'll be laughing and it is going to happen real soon - they know this from the emails directly sent to them by Mastercard which I have a copy of. Times ticking for this scummy organisation.

I had 1000€ withdrawn from ''instant casino'' but my bank declined their payment because the description they put was not valid (I had in the past many successful withdrawals form the same bank).

So I had my bank to confirm returning the money back to instant casino and now after one month and lots of emails and talking with bots all i get is the same answer: At this time, there is no new update regarding your payment. Please rest assured that our dedicated team is actively working on processing it as soon as possible.


Is there actually anything i can do to claim my money back??..

No money is not visible that is my problem they won't allow the money back to my account even after all evidence i have provided to them and they always give me the same reply on support and i feel like that i am talking to bots to be honest.


Other withdrawal options are available but to use them i need the amount back.

Well for me if they get a rejected payment from a bank they should automatically sent the money back to the account they were withdrawn from. I really don't know why the stalling this situation. Hope they give my money back anytime soon so i can withdraw again.
