Well, in the past this casino chose a "no response" policy on several occasions, so I sincerely hope we won't see that again! Its Safety Index is literally falling apart, however, so I will be honest: happy ending would, in my opinion, be kind of a miracle. 🙁

I wish I was wrong, because I understand how frustrating this situation feels.

I'd say both texts are very well versed and sound reassuring. I understand my comparison with the unresolved complaint is disturbing. Perhaps I am taking the unresolved complaints and the Casino Safety Index too seriously.

This casino, owned by Christiana Georgiou from Kallis&Kallis is the most scamming company I’ve ever dealt with. For 7 months they have promised to refund me after I filed complaints but still no money is received. All of a sudden they tell me a refund will not be made. I have all the proof of these promises and I will do everything necessary to bring this to justice. I will also contact Juventus and tell them with what kind of companies they work with. They also don’t comply with GDPR requests. And don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, they are FAKE.

How did they even agree to a refund? I've been fighting for two months on all fronts, and they still remain silent. My account is blocked, of course.

Mit mål var aldrig at forårsage konflikt, men blot at få en klar forklaring og løse situationen i mindelighed.

På grund af den langvarige mangel på kommunikation har jeg dokumenteret sagen og kontaktet de relevante interessenter i branchen. Nogle tredjeparter har allerede bekræftet, at de undersøger sagen internt.

Instant Casino has been completely unresponsive for over 3 months.

• Account blocked immediately after formal contact

• All emails ignored

• No explanation, no dialogue, no resolution

I have escalated the case to game providers and regulators. Several providers have already confirmed internal compliance reviews.

This issue is not resolved and will not be dropped.

I am still open to an amicable settlement, but the casino refuses to communicate.
