Hello,
Lodging the complaint is a worthwhile call, and I thank you for taking that step. Well, in the past this casino chose a "no response" policy on several occasions, so I sincerely hope we won't see that again! Its Safety Index is literally falling apart, however, so I will be honest: happy ending would, in my opinion, be kind of a miracle. 🙁
I wish I was wrong, because I understand how frustrating this situation feels.
Well, we shall see!
