Hello,

Lodging the complaint is a worthwhile call, and I thank you for taking that step. Well, in the past this casino chose a "no response" policy on several occasions, so I sincerely hope we won't see that again! Its Safety Index is literally falling apart, however, so I will be honest: happy ending would, in my opinion, be kind of a miracle. 🙁

This casino, owned by Christiana Georgiou from Kallis&Kallis is the most scamming company I’ve ever dealt with. For 7 months they have promised to refund me after I filed complaints but still no money is received. All of a sudden they tell me a refund will not be made. I have all the proof of these promises and I will do everything necessary to bring this to justice. I will also contact Juventus and tell them with what kind of companies they work with. They also don’t comply with GDPR requests. And don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, they are FAKE.
