I made my first withdrawal request on march 31st for 500€ and to this day, April 9th still nothing. I have 3 pending withdrawals and I still have 4200€ left to withdraw (I can only withdraw 500€ at a time). The chat keeps telling me to be patient and that the money is safe blah blah blah. I honestly don’t believe I will ever receive it. This has never happened to me.

Just wanted to update and let you know that I just spoke with a costumer support agent and confronted them about telling me that my withdrawal should be processed this week. This agent just denied that possibility, telling me the other agent is just inexperienced or confused. I’ve spent all my resources trying to get my money from this casino. It’s been 12 days, I’m desperate to find some help. Please let me know what else can I do.
