Yes, it's not ideal, but the casino doesn't always check players right from the start. It's more likely to happen if you win a large amount or make multiple withdrawals. Then, if they find out you've been using a VPN, which isn't allowed, they'll block your account and take your money. 

I would definitely recommend always doing everything you can to find out if it's possible. It's probably clear that the provider in your country will block many sites and casinos that are outside of it. That's why you need to be aware of this so that you don't get caught in a similar situation.

My case is still going on. They asked for kyv after i tried to withdraw 7k. I did kyc and then then blocked my account and say im fraudulent. I played 20 casinos, had zero problems. They search for reasons to keep money. Dont play here

No i didnt play with bonus, so i cant scam at all. I just played slots. They said this per mail only:

We have identified serious violations on your part. To maintain the integrity of our security systems, we are unable to disclose the specific criteria used for this determination.

Sure, that's often the response from casinos when a player breaks the rules. However, I would expect them to describe the situation in the complaint to our team, because this is very little information and we can't draw any conclusions from it. Let's give it a little more time and hope that the casino gets back to us.

the problem with this casino is they ask for kyc after withdraw. They should do it before depositing!! There was no option to send documents on the website also, is was via an external program via email.

because of this i had to do it on my phone and i tried it 6 times before the program accepted all my documents. I dont know if every document was the right one because its chaos doing it over and over (on smartphone)


i got a reply on trustpilot from them:

The message at the end of the Sumsub session indicates that the documents were successfully uploaded, but it does not mean final approval. Every verification undergoes a manual review by our security department. Your account was closed following this final stage due to detected violations of our Terms of Use. For security reasons, we do not disclose the specific details of our internal investigative methods.

It’s important to clarify one thing, though. Not all casinos offer voluntary or pre-deposit verification. In many cases, KYC is required at the withdrawal stage because it is not only about identity but also about confirming that winnings can legally and technically be paid using the chosen payment method.

When a system like Sumsub shows that documents were uploaded successfully, it only means the upload was completed. It does not mean final approval. Every KYC case still goes through a manual review by the casino’s security team.

If the account is closed after this final review, casinos are usually not allowed to share specific details. This is standard practice and related to security, anti-fraud, and regulatory requirements, not necessarily to the document upload itself. 🙁

Thank you for clarifying. But then we have the other part. All other casinos(around 30) in the world accept my kyc, and especially the one where i win 7000€ doesnt, block my account and doesnt response.


if they just give me a chance of resending specific documents its fine right?They avoid conversation which is weird and smells like fraud on their side

I hope they give me a chance to resend by mail manually. If this is the problem of closing my acc…

also before they blocked me i paid out €1500. (My winnings where 8750 in total)

My complaint is unresolved unfortunately. I hope their rating will change from fresh casino to very low. What a scammers.


btw i really appreciate the help of the casino guru team, you guys are the last hope for people who are bad threatened by online casinos.

I'm sorry it turned out this way. It's a shame that they respond elsewhere but not to us. It would certainly help much more than not responding at all.

I don't think I have anything else to say except that it's all very unfortunate. 😕
