I would like to submit a complaint against Mega.bet regarding an unfair account closure and confiscation of my funds. I confirm that I played on Mega.bet honestly and in good faith. I don't have multiply accounts, but they blocked me because of VPN. I am located in Russia and it is allowed to register there for Russians. But my internet provider blocks their website and i asked at support and MADE a SCREENSHOT if i can play from Russia, they allowed it to me. All bets were placed manually using my own funds. I even had 1 completed withdrawal without any questions... But on 2nd January 2026, I requested 2 withdrawals of 75 TON and 88 TON(crypto), also i had about 150-160 TON at my balance also. Shortly after submitting the withdrawal request, my account was blocked and later permanently terminated. My deposits were accepted and betting activity was allowed without issues. Action was taken only after I requested a withdrawal, which raises serious concerns about unfair and non-transparent practices. I contacted Mega.bet support and asked for clarification, but they said that they closed account for VPN usage and i will get nothing. I believe this is an unjustified confiscation of legitimate funds based solely on suspicion and vague terms. I respectfully request Trustpilot’s assistance in reviewing this case and helping reach a fair resolution.


Disputed amount: about 300 ton or 450€

Hi, when you look at it this way, it seems like pretty unfair treatment on the part of the casino. 

My question is, did you ask them if you could use a VPN and did they give you permission to do so? They could have allowed you to play from Russia if they have that country on their list of permitted countries, but if you didn't mention anything about a VPN, then that could be a problem.

Please clarify this for me.

fileI told them that i am from Russia, Russia is not in the blacklist. I asked if i can deposit from crypto, they said "YES". As they don't have any mirror, i used vpn, i played there from 26.12.2025 till 06.01.2026 and i also had one successful withdrawal, but when i requested 2 more and also won some money, they just cancelled it, blocked my account and told me that i used vpn and it is not allowed. I just asked them to withdraw my money, but every letter is useless... I am trying to find their ADR provider and regulator, to contact them. I also made same posts at other websites. I think that it is just a scam

Well, it's fine that players from your country can play at the casino and that they gave you this information. If it's true and you asked if you could make a deposit and they gave you the information, that's fine.

However, the fact that your provider blocks the site and you have to use a VPN to access it is not the casino's fault. The use of VPNs is often prohibited in casinos, so basically the casino was in compliance with its rules. 

What surprises me, though, is that you were able to withdraw money once. So I'm wondering if they just didn't notice or what the reason was for giving you the money. 

In any case, whenever you want to use a VPN, ask in the live chat first; don't use it without asking. Also, check the Terms to see if there is any mention of VPNs. Also, take a screenshot when they tell you that VPNs can be used. That's probably what I would advise.

yes, but it looks unfair, that they let me play several days and one withdrawal and after, when i won some money, they blocked my account and cancelled my 2nd and 3rd withdrawal... It Looks like a scam, 1 time i see that vpn can be prohibited, they better stop registering Russian citizens, not to steal their money! Now I also read many bad reviews that hey just scam players, i think they have to withdraw my money and after that they can close account, for example, but thiefs just don't care about their reputation
