They verified my account back in May, then I requested €1000 via bank transfer and there has been no update yet. It's been more than a month, live chat agents don't answer. They used to tell me they were checking the situation and so on. But now they don't even answer and the money is still pending in transactions.

Hello, that is already quite a long time to be waiting for a withdrawal, especially if your account was verified back in May.

If you’re correct and there have been no additional requests for documents or any explanation from the casino, then a delay of over a month is definitely not standard. Normally, even if there is some additional review (gameplay check, bonus investigation, payment processor delay), the casino should still communicate that clearly to you.

I understand that this is frustrating, especially since live chat has now stopped responding altogether. That is usually not a good sign in terms of communication quality, even if the withdrawal is still technically "pending."

At this point, the most reasonable step would be to file a complaint through our website so our team can intervene and try to get a clearer answer from the casino about what is happening with your €1000 withdrawal.

Hi Jaroslav. My total amount is €1808, they usually pay in chunks of €1000, so I have €1000 pending and €808 still in account. I tried filing a complaint but for some reason it didn't work, that's why I left this comment instead. I will try again, thank you.
