You said you broke max bet but I see from the next screenshot that your bet was €2 which shouldn't be a problem for me. I don't think it's right that they took your money because you can still spin 1x deposit even after winning, so it's good that you filed a complaint. Let's see how our team will approach it.

Anyway, you can definitely mention that you have some progress, but if you tell Nick that the issue is still not resolved and you would like to keep the complaint open until the money is in your account, then there will be no issue with that.

Efter timers diskussion med supportchatten og upload af omkring 40 dokumenter modtog jeg endelig bekræftelse fra support på, at min konto nu var fuldt verificeret, og at jeg kunne foretage en udbetaling. Jeg modtog også en e-mail om, at min konto nu var fuldt bekræftet.
Jeg gjorde dette og ville have €2700 udbetalt til min konto. Et par timer senere blev dette afvist igen, og supportchatten sagde igen, at jeg skulle bekræfte min konto og uploade bevis for adresse, selvom jeg allerede havde gjort dette for lang tid siden, og kontoen allerede var fuldt verificeret.
