Hmm from the screenshots I understand that the deposit should be rolled 1x for AML that's fine. You said you broke max bet but I see from the next screenshot that your bet was €2 which shouldn't be a problem for me. I don't think it's right that they took your money because you can still spin 1x deposit even after winning, so it's good that you filed a complaint. Let's see how our team will approach it.

However, I am still thinking that you may have fulfilled this condition if you managed to withdraw. Otherwise you should not be allowed to do it. Has the money arrived in your account or not yet ?

Jaro I will write back when everything is sort out the vip manager helped a lot but at the moment I'm not able to withdrawal I'm still waiting

Certainly, that's a good point and there's probably no need to close the complaint yet unless everything is fine. 

Anyway, you can definitely mention that you have some progress, but if you tell Nick that the issue is still not resolved and you would like to keep the complaint open until the money is in your account, then there will be no issue with that. 

Hopefully you will be able to get the rest of the funds and enjoy them.

Jeg modtog også en e-mail om, at min konto nu var fuldt bekræftet.


Jeg gjorde dette og ville have €2700 udbetalt til min konto. Et par timer senere blev dette afvist igen, og supportchatten sagde igen, at jeg skulle bekræfte min konto og uploade bevis for adresse, selvom jeg allerede havde gjort dette for lang tid siden, og kontoen allerede var fuldt verificeret.


Disse chatbots hjælper mig overhovedet ikke, der er intet telefonnummer, og jeg føler, at jeg bliver snydt. Er der nogen måde at nå en rigtig person fra N1, som kan løse dette problem for mig?
