i have £1.7k stuck on a Parasino account. When I click withdraw the page is just blank. They don’t respond to email or live chat. What should I do?

Is it still the same? Try to clear the cookies and the cache on your computer and let us know, please if it helped.

It is still the same. The casino doesn’t respond on emails and seems to blatantly just ignore me on live chat. When I’m in live chat it says ADRA has joined but he just doesn’t say anything for hours

I'm sorry about this situation. It seems that this casino is not willing to communicate. Our team tried that as well, but without any succes, unfortunately.🤷♀️ In such cases, we are not able to solve any complaints either. If you wish, you can try to file a complaint here and see if there will be any answer from them.
How long have you been playing there anyway?

I haven’t used them before. I thought they were legit because they are listed as a bookmaker on oddsmonkey. I don’t know why the live chat seems to blatantly ignore me

Actually, I don't understand that either, and I guess only they have the answer. I would say that you have to keep the players, but I don't think it's that way, because you have a problem and nobody answers.
I found in our review that this casino is also blacklisted on some platforms and has a terrible safety index, so it wasn't the best choice.
So I guess I would prepare myself that it's possible you won't get any money, but I hope I'm not right.
Next time I would probably do a better job of finding information and confirming from multiple sources. 🙁

So judging by what i have read here, I think its safe to say that i shouldnt put my hopes in getting my money back?

Sadly, the case from July ended as unresolved. Well, I hope for the best, of course.

So i did end up getting an email back from them stating that i need to place a bet with my deposited funds. This is what the email said:
Hello Haig
Your withdrawal request cannot be processed .
Before any request, please place a bet with your deposited funds.
Furthermore please send your documents for KYC verification as mentioned
in the registration confirmation email.

May I ask if you did not place any bets with the money you have depositted and just wanted to withdraw them back? Do I understand this correctly?🤔
The KYC is a very important part in most online casinos, so I would surely suggest you do the verification.

yes, originally intended to just withdraw. However I followed what they requested by placing a bet with my deposited amount. I lost the bet anyway so the money is gone. So there is nothing else i need to do now. Was gonna do the KYC only if i won that bet i had placed.

Just please know for the next time that most of the online casinos require the wagering of the deposit due to the AML (anti-money laundering) policy.
