yes as i see on the internet since the 1st day they opened, they say always the same fairy-tale we have too much work dont worry your money are secured, but they delay too long on purpose to pay they try to made players mad to insult them and block them or cancel the cashout and play the money back on the games.

Greetings, you will probably have to join the queue because you can see that you are not the only one waiting for your money. We give casinos 14 days and if they fail to pay, we always recommend submitting a complaint on our website. You're close, so I wouldn't hesitate too much.
Based on what you're saying, the casino is giving you the standard generic responses they give to every player. Unfortunately, they are not the fastest at paying out, and you will have to be patient.

No, I didn't get any verification request. Pistolo is the same casino as alfcasino where I have 5 lvl, malinacasino, allyspin etc. on none of them I had a problem, and on it as if to spite...

I don't know this casino delays 99% of the total requests of withdrawals I guess, I see only complaints, here in trust pilot etc maybe you should mark it as potential scam casino, I understand sometimes might be a problem with payment processing or really many cash out requests or internal players check in case of fraud bonus abuse many accounts etc , but it's not normal to delay 99% of the cash out requests
Please don't be confused here. Scam casinos are those sites where no player ever sees any payment.
They just lure you in, take your money, and never give anything back.
