I think this is something that really shouldn't happen and the casino should always give a reason for what is happening. Even if you've broken some rules, it's always good to inform players.

This casino is a scam casino I just deposited and they added a bonus and would not remove it and are going to keep my money. Straight steal my money. The live support was a robot and could not help and I emailed their support team and they do not answer. They are a full blown rogue scam casino. And they need to be blacklisted immediately.

Same here tried to withdraw but they rejected it. The First time I ended up playing everything till I lost it all. 2nd time they rejected this time did not return my winnings $450!

The first time which was last year July 5th 2,900 doge which was roughly $480-500 at the time, whenever I clicked on withdrawal, their page kept saying error try again later, then reached out to CS, very slow response and when it finally went thru they rejected it so I just ended up playing and losing it all. Then 03/14/25, I was getting the piggy bank bonus that they give like less than a dollar everyday, played it won it went up to $400 tried to withdraw got rejected but they didn't return my winnings back to my account coz they said I didn't make any deposit within the week.
I really don't like the sound of it, to tell you the truth, or it is not completely understandable. Because if you don't make any deposit, it is surely not a reason for not paying winnings. Right?

Alt sammen løgne. 🤥 Der var en slægtning til mig, som oprettede en konto og heller ikke kunne hæve det, han havde vundet. Jeg kunne ikke lide bookmakeren, de skal stå til ansvar for retssager om ond tro. Dette er ikke gjort, de bedrager forbrugeren.
Jeg fandt også den samme holdning meget uærlig. De blokerer kontoen, når personen formår at vinde. Jeg vandt cirka R $ 3.900, og de afviser hævningen. De kommer med undskyldninger, ren bedrag.
