I got the same issue, 5500 EUR pending since 1st april... always getting info that i should wait. im tired of that!

Okay then, from what I understand is that they didn't give you the free spins you were entitled to according to you? Were the spins for some kind of deposit?

Have you tried to ask what is behind the errors? I think that if you are not successful, I would not deploy more elsewhere, because this can lead to an even greater loss.
