This casino has very fast time frame for every operation of this site except account verification . What does it mean? This is ridiculous.
I think my message was misunderstood! I meant the verification in this casino takes months, in my case it was something around 4 months, this is the slowest casino I have seen in my entire life. Some users in trustpilot also report the casino ask for additional documents even if the account is already verified, if they verify your account and somehow you manage to withdraw I would recommend you to not play there anymore
Not sure we can put such pressure on the casino. I mean, if they are so slow normally, I'm not sure the complaint will speed them up.

I surely do understand your point of view, just understand please, that KYC is a process which is very important and may take a few days, actually.
