Rolldorado Casino is delaying my withdrawal without justification.

I joined because of a promotion (50 PLN free bet for a Champions League prediction). I won 430 PLN, then deposited 80 PLN and completed the required wagering. My balance reached 680 PLN.

I requested withdrawal on April 19 via Skrill.

Since then, the casino keeps asking for the same verification documents (ID, deposits, source of funds), even though I have already submitted everything multiple times.

No clear explanation is given — only repeated generic responses.

This looks like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid payment.

I strongly advise others to be cautious.

If the issue is resolved, I will update this review.

Yes, this is my first withdrawal at this casino. I have already submitted all the required documents multiple times (ID, proof of deposits, source of funds), and they were always the same files, meeting standard verification requirements.


The main issue is that none of these documents have been clearly rejected with a specific reason. I only receive generic responses asking me to provide the same things again, without any explanation of what is actually wrong or missing.


If there was a format issue or missing detail, I would gladly correct it immediately — but so far, no concrete feedback has been provided.


At this point, it feels like the process is being unnecessarily prolonged rather than properly handled. I’m fully cooperative, but without clear instructions, there’s no real way to move forward.


I’ll keep updating this thread if anything changes.

Hello, I hope the complaint will help get to the bottom of the matter. One thing is more complex procedures before the first withdrawal is approved, but on the other hand, casinos should always be clear about possible shortcomings, especially when it comes to rejecting or let's say, not accepting players' documents. Usually lack of explanation causes more harm because one can feel completely lost without proper instructions.
