Hi, that's unfortunate. How long has it been since the money was credited to your account? Have you tried contacting the payment provider you used to make the deposit to see if everything went through correctly? Has the casino said anything to you?
Can you tell me if the casino told you in December or sometime after that why they’re rejecting your withdrawals? One of the withdrawals in the screenshot exceeds the amount you’re allowed to withdraw, so it makes sense that it was rejected. On the other hand, there’s probably something else going on here. Did you play with any bonuses based on the amounts you have there? If so, did you meet the requirements? Have you had at least some communication with the casino?

Another thing is that you had an open complaint that you stopped responding to. I don’t really understand why, because then you can’t complain that the casino has the safety index it does, when in fact it’s mainly thanks to complaints that the safety index can go down.
So I don’t know if I should recommend the same thing again. I’d probably just say that you can try to reopen it, but since the casino hasn’t paid you for several months now, I’m not sure if it can be resolved.
