I was ensured by Customer Support via email earlier today that nothing more was needed from me to ensure smooth processing of my winnings then I got another email hours later stating none of my documents were acceptable and unclear and to re-upload again. I've never had a single issue with verification or withdrawing winnings, even upto $23k, from any other casinos until now. I might try resubmitting a withdrawal for a lesser amount and see how that goes?
