I had been playing at Vulkan Vegas for six years without major issues, so I trusted the promotional message they sent me this week inviting me to try Slotoro Casino. I accepted the offer, deposited a significant amount of money, and uploaded all the required documents for ID verification.


After some time, I won around €600 and requested a withdrawal. That’s when the problems started. They suddenly asked me to upload my verification documents again, but the website constantly showed an "error" message and it was impossible to complete the upload. I contacted support, and they told me to send the documents by email instead. I followed their instructions, sent everything they requested — and shortly after that, my account was simply blocked without any proper explanation.


What makes this even more suspicious is that Slotoro and Vulkan Vegas appear almost identical in design and structure, and even the support communication seems to come from the same team. After being blocked, I contacted Vulkan Vegas to complain about the scam-like casino they had promoted to me. Ironically, the same support team replied claiming they "knew nothing" and said Slotoro was supposedly a trustworthy casino, basically blaming me for the situation.


In my opinion, this behavior is extremely suspicious: everything works fine while you are losing money, but the moment you win and request a withdrawal, suddenly there are endless verification issues followed by account blocking.


I strongly do NOT recommend using either Slotoro or Vulkan Vegas. Very unprofessional customer treatment, zero accountability, and a completely broken sense of trust.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear what happened to you. However, if it's exactly as you describe and you tried to verify your account but they closed it for no reason, I would definitely submit a complaint with us so our team can look into it and investigate the situation. The casino should at least provide a general explanation of what happened. Of course, there may have been some violation that we’re not aware of right now, but it would be good to find out.

I see you're still going back and forth with them. You'll have to complete the verification process one way or another, but I'd definitely file a complaint just in case this keeps dragging on.

Have had to submit a complaint on here as Slotoro keep asking me to upload a selfie with my crypto wallet by my face, then seemingly decline it.


I have notices there are many complaints against them on CG, which they do not respond to. Yet they have an incredibly high rating? They are russian fronted (remember the virtue signalling from CG with the Ukraine flag etc when the war started? That's gone now).


I'm wondering how this casino could have such a high rating (no doubt Ill get responses from staff deflecting and blaming players), but wanted to warn players of the situation

I checked that out: the casino addressed every complaint when it was necessary. In two cases, however, it took longer than usual. Yet the problems were resolved.

Can you perhaps share more about the issue you actually have with the casino? Why were those pictures rejected? That's certainly more of a warning than, well, the rest. 🙂

Hello,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the handling of my withdrawal by Slotoro.bet.

I registered my account, completed the full KYC verification requested by the casino, and my identity was successfully approved. I made a deposit using my own funds, received a deposit bonus, fulfilled all wagering requirements, and my withdrawable balance was limited to the bonus maximum cashout of €1,050.

After requesting my withdrawal, the casino suspended the payment and requested that I provide proof that I was physically present in Germany and Sweden on certain dates.

I explained that I cannot provide such documents because I do not possess them. Travel within the Schengen Area does not involve border controls, and I was not informed at any point that I would need to retain evidence of my location while using the casino. I also asked the casino to specify what exact documents they expected in these circumstances.

Despite my requests, the casino has not identified the specific clause in its Terms and Conditions that obliges a player to prove physical presence in another country after a withdrawal request has been made. Instead, they repeatedly state that either I must provide travel proof or accept the confiscation of my balance.

The casino has now offered me the following "resolution":

my account will be reopened;

my €1,050 balance will be removed;

€350 will remain on my account as a "gesture of loyalty."

I do not consider this a fair resolution.

I respectfully request an independent review of whether the casino is entitled to confiscate my winnings solely because I cannot provide documents proving my physical presence in Germany and Sweden, despite having passed KYC and complied with the published bonus conditions.

I have kept all correspondence with the casino and can provide screenshots and emails upon request.
