Hi, I believe I understand this circle you have been through because just recently I've discussed the Anjouan complaint process with another player and i can tell it's pretty much the same insanity, just without Ask Gamblers involved. One thing keeps confusing me the most, however. You see, the last time my colleagues checked this casino wasn't licensed, and I'm talking about August 2026, so, in my opinion, ADR providers listed under ANjoan AOFA may not be very motivated to step in. At first glance I was really surprised to see AG directly providing official ADR services for this casino, though, in my opinion, it only added to the evidence of the casino's lack of a license and official ADR support. Sadly, as I kept reading, it turned out that AG is not aware of such a connection.

I would love to help you find a working route but with all honesty, maybe the lawyer you mentioned earlier would give real advice here.

I created my account after reading the guru review for Spinbara. First deposited about 3k euro which I lost and then another 2k. I got lucky and won some money, but I only received 2 withdrawals before they blocked this option for me..

I have over 20k left in my account that I cannot withdrawal because the casino doesn’t verify me. I sent all documents in perfect quality, but the only answer in chat I get is you will be contacted soon.

I was also promised a VIP manager who would help me with faster verification & withdrawals.

No answer to any of my emails in 4 days.

Why did Guru recommend this casino? It feels like they not going to pay me my money..

Congratulations on winning such a nice sum. I and the casino review, of course, cannot say what is happening in the casino in your particular situation, so I understand your questions. if you browse this forum, you will very likely stumble upon players with similar experiences across multiple casinos. I'd like to say that bigger winnings are usualy subject to many checks performed by the casinos and it's not completely out of order that those verifications, investigations, and checks are not fully consulted with players, quite the opposite.

So, even though I perfectly get you expecting quicker services, the casino in the first place needs to come up with details. The way I understand it, the KYC has not yet been finished, which is necessary for further progress.

The other player withdrawing lower amounts shared that no KYC was needed, though their withdrawals have also been delayed. I guess the casino may be overall delayed with withdrawals, which can happen without prior warning and may happen at any casino. I wish we could predict this and adjust the review; however, it only works retroactively.

It's not perfect, but it's the only way we've found to review casinos.
