But how can you continue advertising for Spinbara or Stellar LTD. when you demonstrably know that people are being scammed and money isn't being paid out? Isn't that morally questionable?

That's usually the problematic part, and you nailed it. I'd like to use this opportunity to "promote" the complaint feature here:

At first it needs as many players complaining officially as possible, then come the investigations. Your case is still ongoing, so the outcome is yet to come.

I understand that players with negative experiences prefer to call the review a promotion instead, but honestly, it is still a review, and every player has the opportunity to lodge a free complaint, which affects the safety rating. I thank you for taking that step.

So yes, on the forum it may seem that every player was scammed somehow, but complaints are what matter in terms of the Safety Index.

Please update us all here on the forum about the complaint progress, since we try to promote this feature to others who start and stop on the forum. If the casino fails to act fairly, black points will be counted based on the severity of the complaint. Speaking of which, we always recommend checking not just one number but also user reviews, complaints, and forum.

God aften..

Jeg blev opmærksom på Spinbara for to dage siden gennem en relativt kendt YouTuber. Anmeldelserne på hans side var fremragende, ligesom her. Så jeg indbetalte straks et anstændigt beløb og var lidt heldig...

Jeg foretog derefter den første udbetaling på €500 og spurgte i livechatten, om der var behov for dokumenter, men alt dette blev afvist.

Så kom de samme standardfraser og præforberedte tekstmoduler som fra de tidligere kommentatorer.

Efter at have læst alle kommentarerne her, som alle ligner mine tidligere oplevelser, er jeg naturligvis meget bekymret for mine penge og min fortjeneste.

Jeg indbetalte penge med mit Visa-kort.

Hvad skal jeg gøre nu? Efter det jeg har læst her, tvivler jeg på, at jeg får et glimt af søvn...

I couldn't document this fraud more clearly. Radka, what's your take on these two screenshots? I can send you a multitude of chats with dubious statements and blatant lies if you want. A complaint has already been filed a month ago, again with screenshots. Again, I understand that their affiliate commissions and business models are involved. But it should be fair. And unfortunately, it isn't at all with this Casino.

Well, this has nothing to do with affiliate partnership (hence the vent). I'm in no partnership.

For example, I have no idea when the casino specifically lied to you. That is essentially all. I tried to understand it because the screenshot didn't help me.

When I don't understand something, I always ask for the context, because my primary goal is to see a filed complaint against the casino.


If you need help with withdrawals, please go for the complaint directly. That's the place for challenging casinos.
