In the support chat, despite providing all requested documentation and personal details, I was only met with generic responses and no actionable support.

Hi my partner deposited $50 into spinsy and won won a little over 4K. On slots and roulette on the 8th July I did my wagering on the 12th July put in 2request to withdraw 750 and got reply stating they had received request and within 3 days it would be in but haven’t got anything 25th July- and is showing still processing? And 1 saying it’s approved bu in my acc it says it still not and under review? Can someone please help?
