Me too. Its really unfair what they are doing to so many people and getting away with it.

I have a situation with spinyrush ( the same group of rollyspin and super spin). They refuse to pay me 3,400 euros! Ten days after they don t even respond me, neither by chat or email. I am not able to set a complaint against spinyrush because they are not listed in casino guru, already ask to add them without sucess. I am really strugling, does someone could advise?

my verification was sucessfully done and i ve received one only payment, after that, no more payments, no more explanations, nothing!

I had a similar feeling when I read your story. The worst part is that you already passed verification and they even processed one payment, so it’s not like there is some missing document or unclear issue. Ignoring someone for 10 days when they have €3,400 waiting is just unacceptable.

I would keep saving every email, chat screenshot and payment record. Even if they are not listed yet, maybe Casino Guru can still help push them or at least add more information about this group. It’s strange how many casinos from the same group seem to have the same problems with withdrawals.

I followed the link that you gave me but it didnt worked, the information its that super spin has no licence in portugal. Do you think you can help me?

And yes, the casino very likely lacks a Portuguese license, but that's not the subject of the complaint. You know we focus on whether the casino is obliged to pay, not on the license. Licenses are the subject of casino reviews, instead. 🙏
