Frankly, that's not an option because only she can access her complaint conversations aside from the complaint thread, for instance, and no other mediator has been with you since the complaint began. It would only cause more questions and delays, based on our experience. I understand it's not easy, but that's the process. Kindly be patient.

My name is Carlos, I saw that you had a complaint with TripsCasino about your 9000$ withdrawal. I saw that you somehow managed to get TripsCasino to pay you back your balance.

I am in a similar situation like you were. Tripscasino has not responded to any of my emails or communication, and they are holding 1000+ Euros from me.

Could you please let me know how you managed to get them to process your withdrawal? Perhaps you could forward me the Tripscasino email that you were able to resolve your complaint with?

The email they announce on their website - tripscasinosupport@novatrixsrl.net is dead. Nobody is replying there, and the same with the support email / vip email or even my Account manager email.

I think situations like this show why reading the terms before playing is so important. Sometimes the problem is not the casino itself, but unclear information or different expectations from the player side. I usually like to see how a casino handles issues when something goes wrong, because that says a lot about the overall experience.

Long story short, my 1000 Euro deposit was paid into the Trips Casino account and they shut down the platform and are not responding to any emails / communication channels.

Thank you for showing us the complaint, though I'm sorry to see the casino has not reached out. I feel it's rather weird to say things like "I sincerely hope this is soon to change," even though it's true.
