I was playing at TrueLuck Casino when I hit a game and number 10. Both bets were rejected and the money was taken. One of the bets was refunded to me, but without the win of course, and the other bet was not refunded at all. I lost a lot of money, even though both winning bets would have only been break-even at €2,000.

What was the reason the casino canceled those bets, though? Have they explained it to you?

In my opinion, there is not much to add until the casino provides its statement. While this situation may not be ideal, it is highly likely to occur.
When it comes to live games, occasionally even the game provider is involved; hence, it may take longer for the casino to get back to you.
I wish they had explained the details to you on the first occasion, though.
I suggest we stay in touch here to follow the progress, and I hope it won't take longer than necessary to resolve this matter fairly!

Same casino brand as booms.bet, lalabet etc. Trueluck is same brand as holyluck casino's. They change their casino brands all the time. Especially when the KSA slaps them with a fine like they did recently with booms bet.
There is a big affiliate behind trueluck casino called revduck.
They especially target the dutch market and mark the ksa. They are well aware the casino's are not liscensed and not allowed to offer games in the netherlands.

When you confront revduck they just laugh at you.
Very big shady company. All these positive reviews are people who get bonusses if you leave a good review.
