Well, we usually apply this approach when a casino has failed to respond to around 10 or more complaints in a row. At that point, it becomes quite unlikely that they will suddenly respond to the next one.
A casino that wants to cooperate with us usually does, while one that has clearly decided not to cooperate probably won’t. But we do have processes in place for situations like this. It’s definitely not a case of a casino ignoring us once or twice and us immediately deciding never to contact them again.
So if, as you say, the latest complaints have been closed as unresolved because of our no-reaction policy, then yes, there is a reasonable possibility that your complaint could eventually end the same way.
In some cases, when we contact a casino, they even tell us directly that they simply don’t want to resolve anything with Casino Guru. In a situation like that, there isn’t much we can do other than close the complaint accordingly, since the casino refuses to communicate with us.
So there are reasons and processes behind these decisions; we don’t simply stop contacting a casino after one or two unsuccessful attempts.
