I have a lot of documentation on them, lots of calls, emails. The bigger problem is that they perform verification and "account checks" almost every week to artificially extend the payout. Of course, I understand that this happens occasionally, but not every week. Recently, they completed the verification process the same day and started a new one two hours later. For example, I requested a PLN 4,000 payout, and I've been waiting 5-8 days for it. After those few days, I receive a message telling me to cancel the payout and submit requests for PLN 200 each. After that, the payout time resets, and importantly, PLN 200 was received PER DAY, which isn't much.

Yes, I would say that's a pretty low limit for a casino. 

If it were just a little lower, it would be fine, but they should communicate with you, not make you wait a week and then tell you what to do and reset everything to zero. 

There may also be additional verification, but it certainly shouldn't be the way it is now. 

But as I said, we'll have to be patient and wait for further developments.
