I am sorry to hear that. I am really disappointed that you chose this particular casino to play at, because as I already mentioned, its Safety Index is quite low, and I would expect there to be more issues with a casino in that situation.

Unfortunately, you seem to have encountered exactly one of those problems. The worst part is that the casino will most likely not respond or try to resolve the situation, which means it may end up looking like you have lost your money.

I think that if you read through the recent experiences shared by other players here, or take a look at our review, you will see that you are probably right. The casino has a fairly low Safety Index, so I would say it is certainly not easy to be in an unpleasant situation with this casino.

Even so, I would be very happy if your issue could be resolved, although I have to admit I am a bit concerned about whether that will actually happen.
