I would like to share an update regarding my withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of 200,000 HUF on Friday, July 10, and I received the funds on Monday, July 13. In practice, the payment was completed within one business day.

This was my first withdrawal from WestAce, and compared to other casinos I have used before, this was the fastest withdrawal experience I have had so far.

The withdrawal status was marked as completed, and the payment arrived successfully.

I wanted to share my personal experience because I think it is important to mention positive experiences as well, not only negative ones.

Be careful, they are not fair. They arbitrarily canceled my first withdrawal. So I applied again and since then only apologies and excuses. This has never happened to me anywhere else.

Jeg fik pengene, de var på et kort, cirka 7% mindre. Som jeg læste, var der en anden valutakurs for euroen i forhold til den tjekkiske krone, bankgebyrer, måske casinogebyrer. Jeg overvejede det ikke.

Sure, I understand. Do you personally consider the 7% fee acceptable? It’s probably not an extremely large amount, but I still think fees like this should be clearly mentioned somewhere in the terms or payment conditions.

At the same time, it may not necessarily be a fee charged directly by the casino. It could also come from the payment provider, bank, or another intermediary involved in the transaction.

So I’d probably check the relevant terms and, if it’s still unclear, ask which party actually charged the fee.

I just wanted to share another positive experience with Westace. I requested my withdrawal on September 22, and by September 24 it had already been fully processed. This is the second time I’ve had a withdrawal processed within one business day. I know Westace has some negative reviews on Casino Guru, so I thought it was worth sharing another positive experience as well. So far, my experience with withdrawals has been very good.
