Hello all. My complaint was closed as unresolved. But now i want to add new details. Please look at all wild.io complaint. They are all almost the same. First they took your money, then they come up with idea of abuse without any proofs. Now they have added Russia to blacklisted country list. However when i won Russia was not blacklisted ( i have screenshot). And now they say that i played from restricted country. Please do something

And the reason i am writing that i believe that i have evidence that they are intentionally changing T&C not to pay to the players, that is why i think they should be punished more heavily than only with blackpoint from my complaint.
And i want you to ask the question. What is the point of License? If Licenser does not answer the emails. It even does not has the standart complaint form. So i guess there is no much value from this license. What do you think?

The point is that the casino covers its legal requirements and looks more decent to players. Have you ever heard that Curacao licenses are worthless? It's because they are the oldest and so easy to get compared to the rest. But as I said, it depends on the concrete situation. Some players were lucky.

I have already sent a complaint. But they do not respond. And i do not undesrstand why casino pay to the gamers with same complaint as mine. but not to me. They lied. They created rule and use it restrospectively.
It's pretty sad that it all turned out this way. Anyway, when did you open a complaint with the authority ? Sometimes it can take a while to get back to you and it doesn't have to be right away.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour there is nothing in the TOS saying you cant do a bonus hunt with your money.

i deposited my money, started playing games different slots un till i had no money left. got 5 bonuses with that money. Started opening them and my balance started disappearing, every bonus opened. i thought it was a bug at first, since i have done this on other sites before and never had a problem.

Hello, according to what I know, such practices are often not allowed in casinos, that you keep your bonuses open and then play them consecutively on different games. Also according to the casino's explanation it is quite clearly written that it is forbidden in point 11.1. Apparently some casinos can accept this kind of thing and have no problem with it, but I would say that you will encounter more the approach that this casino has. And that is why I would always check beforehand if it is possible to do something like that in the casino to avoid the inconvenience you are currently experiencing. Whenever you play with a bonus or get one, it is therefore important to read the Terms and Conditions regarding them.

But then when i saw the message i requested to reopen the complaint to pass verification. But your colleagues declined my request. What is the problem?? According to your logic casino can reopen complaint any time, and i can not?

And then they reopened the complaint and asked for second verification, even though i have passed video verification already. So what sort of evidence did you get. It was fair win i just got lucky.
