Hello, I understand you are upset. However, you are putting me in the same position as the casino, which won't get us very far. If you want to complain, please do so. The rest is sadly beyond reasonable response. How can I convey to you, given your current perspective, that we do not create fake accounts? You can either choose to believe your opinions and leave, as further communication should focus on constructive dialogue rather than blind beliefs, or you can be prepared to provide evidence for your claims so we can discuss the relevant situations in detail.
It is up to you.

That's really unpleasant. That's not how it should be. If they want new players at their casino and offer you a bonus, they should deliver on it. Even though casinos don't have to offer bonuses because they can cancel them for players for any reason, this is a situation where I think it's not right.
I also read the conversation, but I would say that I would not play at a casino like this.
My question might be, why did you deposit such a large amount? If I want to try a casino, I would definitely never do so with that much money.

Up until now, they've always delivered what they promised, so I trusted them and registered my partner, who also had the same problem. They're making a double fool of themselves for a few peanuts.
