They are using fake games, the URLS are fake and they redirect to a site called betilus.com if you look at this website it’s all demo content. Please remove them guru before they take more innocent peoples money.

Yes $175 they had, you go to the live chat and they block you. They are 1000% fake scam artists. Please no one deposit here! Look at all the bad ratings and on trustpilot. I want my money back but they block my chats and say I have no legal reasons to do so. Absolute scumbags!

there is no fake game and there are no novomatic games in the casino that are used to be fake. you said that it redirects you to betilus.com with demo content, but betilus is supposedly a legit game provider, which is also listed in the provider filter of the casino. would you be able to tell me which game you are experiencing this with, please ?

This is the website their games redirect to, have a look at the details on the about section. This is dummy content, this is a free Wordpress theme they use and none of the links work. It’s so fake.

They are running a pirate API for their games. Please sign up an account here and open a game and see for yourself if you analyse the links to the games. Very cleverly disguised. Compare this to genuine links that connect to the game providers.

It’s the fact that every single complaint on here is they are not paying anyone their winnings so it’s clear as day they are scamming!

Actually, I went to the official Betilus website, and most of its links are nonfunctional. So, in my opinion, it's just a sign of a particularly bad user experience regarding the dummy content.

Our Data Team considers game links. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, the game provider might offer even the most bizarre links. There is no list, though, so I perfectly understand you seeing such oddities as a clear signal. Sadly, it's not what it seems. 🤷‍♀️

To get the full picture, I browsed all complaints submitted against this casino, none have been about "fake games".

The main topics are KYC, delayed payments, and one delayed deposit.

I've been thinking: If the casino had manipulated games, players would not have made it to the withdrawals, simply because they wouldn't win.

Anyway, I noticed that your complaint is mainly about getting a refund. And your main argument seems to be: "Having read all the reviews here and online elsewhere this casino is taking peoples money and not paying their winnings. They have fake software which is illegal. They block you on live chat when you speak to them! I’ll attach a video of this as proof when asking for my deposit back. I’d like this sent back to me."

Do you expect the casino to give you back your deposits because you somehow realized the casino is up to no good? Could that be the reason they blocked you from any communication?

Yes they are up to no good! They are never going to pay anyone and just take their money. How is that fair?

Ive managed to get one of their payment accounts blocked I provided evidence of their scam. They block you on live chat, not very professional? If they had nothing to hide why would do this?

These scammers get access to fake software, run an API on a server and can manipulate the games RTP. I’ve done my research.

It does not take much to realise what they are up to. I’m here to warn other players not to deposit here. If you can get my refund back would be great.

Now to the chat issue: it is pretty common that players who are hard to deal with get restricted. Have you ever accused the casino support staff or operator of scamming? How often have you tried to get a refund by contacting the chat operator? What about your opinion regarding "fake games"? Have you thrown that on the support?

They are a 1000% a scam, I can’t tell straight away now after doing my research. They have even replaced already the merchant account that was blocked.

They are rude, even if you are nice to them, you still get blocked and suspended.

Explain why on Trustpilot (please check) person after person saying they verify the account and the casino keep saying they’re processing the withdrawal and then suddenly the users accounts blocked. It’s a regular thing with them. It’s so obvious!!
