Hej, jeg registrerede mig på dette casino i går og testede det én gang.


Indbetalingerne blev behandlet hurtigt, og jeg synes, det har et godt spiludvalg.


Jeg har dog et problem med Play N' Go-spillet Rise of Merlin.

Jeg fik gratis spins på en indsats på €2,50 og vandt i alt €225.

Kreditten blev dog aldrig skrevet til min pung.

Jeg kontaktede support, som skrev til spiludbyderen.


Efter et par timer fik jeg at vide, at jeg angiveligt havde brugt gamble-funktionen lige efter de gratis spins og havde tabt. Det ville nok være grunden til, at pengene ikke blev krediteret min konto.


Jeg gjorde dog ikke dette. Efter min sejr fortsatte jeg med at spille som normalt uden at aktivere en funktion.


Support har nu anmodet om en video fra udbyderen. Jeg håber virkelig, at denne sag bliver løst, for disse påstande er absolut ikke sande.


Er der måske noget andet jeg kan gøre her for at bevise dette?

Issue is fixed now and bonus is applied. The problem was that user Activated Bonus for USDTT Currency and made a Deposit in different Currency which caused the confusion. We activated bonus for kbdallas22 and started playing with no issues . Thank you for choosing Zeusglory

Hello papanoel63,

I am sorry you feel that way about our Casino. But the truth is you made deposits won around 2500€ and then lost the funds in slot games and never tried to withdraw your wins. Then after you lost the amount you requested us to refund the amount and accused us that we are using fake games and more. We have tried to explain everything via Email and Chat. But instead of settling you keep accusing us with non existant accusations over and over.


Again We never promised we would refund you the amount you lost in Slots.


I sincerely hope we can stop the false accusations and move on.

i am trying to file a complaint but i cant get threw .the casino stole my wins 2000€ no doubt !yes they promised to refund i have proof.

Based on the information I got from the casino representative, your main intention was a refund. So, at least for me, your behavior is rudely unfair, and this is something we try to avoid, especially in your case.
