Hello.

I am having problems withdrawing as i have been waiting a long time for my first withdraw.


I am also having problem getting in contact with something else than the livechat who hasnt been very helpful to me. Hoping for dialogue here as i have won some more, also.

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is a problem but have been waiting since July 30th on a withdrawal of 5000 NOK (Ca 500 euro).


Also have won more and they have low withdraw options.


Any staff maybe can help?

Hello there. May I ask if your account is fully verified at this casino? Is there any information regarding your withdrawal in your account. Such as if it is pending, for example.🤔

I can see that the maximum withdrawal is €500 per day and €7,000 per month, so you need to keep within these limits to insure everything will be approved.

We could try to help out, but our complaint team is able to intervene in every case only after the 14-day time period passes, so hopefully you will get it before and there won't be any intervention needed.

Hello again. I have tried to verify but its not possible unless they Ask.


i got 500 euro withdrawal through on saturday, and requested a new and the waiting begins again. The problem is i won a bigger amount and at this pace it will take me years to withdraw unless their vip team can contact me to make an arrangement. I have wagered several hundred k and it should not be a problem to contact me. The First withdraw took 13 days.

Would you mind sharing the amount? You do not have to if it is uncomfortable for you; I am just curious.

But if my understanding of the details is accurate, you have not had your account verified yet, even though you own a tiny piece of the massive win. Obviously, your top priority is to work with a member of the VIP manager team to secure more convenient withdrawal limits.

You have probably already tried the standard options, like the common support channel and so forth, am I right?

its about 28k euro. I have tried getting in contact with vip team etc. last wdraw took 13 days of 500 euro.

Oh, I see. Well, frankly, I can't get you in touch with their VIP management. I do not possess the contact.

As far as I understand,, the casino pays after all, but you may still try to lodge an official complaint. Are you familiar with this feature? We shall see whether there is a way to help you out.

I have a question, though: Is the cashout limit of €7,000 per month applicable? I'd say it's best to submit one maximal withdrawal per month rather than trying the daily limit over and over again.

Is it possible for you to try that?

I ofcourse have the max pending withdraws open at all times, but with this timeframe and time they use on one single withdraw they wont be able to pay 70,000 per month which i would have been good with.


I am open to posting a formal complaint if you guide me how to do it.

Yes I understand, it would probably be a long time but if there is such a limit I don't know if it will be increased somehow.

Waiting over 6 days for some withdrawals to process. Keep getting the run around from support. If nothing is settled by tomorrow I'll be making a case.

May I ask what do you mean by run around? Is your account still undergoing the verification?

What does the support tell you regarding this?

Please know that we give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the withdrawal. Only after this time frame can our team intervene.

I'll wait the 14 days.

I contacted live support last night requesting an email address to send documents to. They refused to provide one and said it is not necessary.

I find them very evasive in general. It will be one week from my first withdrawal requests in a couple hours. I have 3 pending withdrawals and more that I would like to withdraw but cannot.

Thanks for getting back to me in any case.

Sorry, I was away on vacation.


My withdrawals were completed on Friday afternoon, 7 days after initially requesting them.


I requested another withdrawal on the same day and it was processed on Saturday.


I no longer have trust issues with this casino.

Hi!

After they closed the site March 14th, I've been trying to withdraw the funds on my Zeuswin account. I got a reply after my first email to support, saying that my account was fine (which doesn't help when the site is closed) and asking for my information.

I have sent several emails since then, without getting any replies. It's been a month now, and I'm not comfortable with the situation. Does anyone here know who to contact or what I can do to resolve this?

I believe that our complaint team could try and contact the casino for you. Hopefully, they will communicate with us and be willing to solve the case together.

You just need to submit a complaint here, which is completely free of charge, and explain the situation well.

When was the last time you were able to communicate with them, please?
