I contacted support and they said the case was forwarded to the relevant department for review, but the money has already left my account.


Now I’m wondering whether I should keep waiting for their response or start a chargeback with my bank.

Mine was token.ou I have emails from them confirmed the payments went through ivy to passpoint but it's ivy that have the power to tell passpoint to refund so far they refused but they are now looking to tell passpoint if they investigate and find it's gambling. Which I've sent them all the proofs so they can't really deny it but it seems to be a long process. How long did yours take after investigating or was your experience different?
