did you contact them directly or was it through payment processor, I know you mentioned ivy pay but I did notice it seemed to go through segopay at the times of the transaction.

did you say this was incorrect merchant codes?

showed up on my chase account when I clicked through which is odd because wasn’t showing before.

💯 it wasn't a large amount but it's definitely lovely to have got something back 😊

I think involving bank circle was maybe the reason because ivy were helping but they didn't get back to me yet and within 24 hours of using loos advice I got it refunded from the actual casino itself so I think it definitely helped alot how it was done. Give it a go good luck 🤞🏻

I did contact both but on my last attempt it was the template provided by loo to support@passpoint.zohodesk.com and support@mypasspoint.com then cc in complaints@bankingcircle.com and reportfraud@bankingcircle.com worked for me 🤞🏻

Has anyone heard had csmket can't find it anywhere it's very vague on bank statement that's all it says and no other information.
