search xor in the forum, someone was refunded by Cardaq for them too

despite barclaycard refusing to raise ANY chargebacks. I’m going to ring them tomorrow to ask what is the acquiring bank. There’s a reason they’re using it. It’s complicit in this transaction laundering. 28 entities from just my statement alone.

I’ve tried that but they said they didn’t know and couldn’t see it.

how is everyone getting on with these refunds? Just found this page. Monzo has refused to raise chargebacks however Virgin has raised chargeback for me and refunded the payments initially - is this good?

im trying to contact the merchants to get refunds. Would appreciate if anyone knows gexscriptsystems contact ? Payment made in London, Looks to be boostscript.pro which is an online freelance writing-services market place which is owned by gexsystem, based in London. Almost 15k in payments to them any help how to get them back?

Not good pal. All big claims denied straight away at the first mentioning of gambling they look no further. Only chargebacks i got were a few hundred quid with new day credit card (marbles) they were genuinely really helpful. Barclaycard and Vanquis were no help at all and vanquis have defaulted me due to breaching terms by gambling. Other than that a few merchants have refunded me but tip of the iceberg really i’m sorry to say.

I would have been better off not doing gamstop and staying on regulated uk casinos than finding out about these absolute lowlife casinos preying on us who obviously have an addiction and don't know when to stop well I speak for myself there. Emailed them numerous times to self exclude permanently over the last 9 months...kept getting dragged back in with promotions/bonus'

mate exactly how i feel too. Worst decision i made was gamstop. This sounds like what winbeast did to me too.

I only raised like 10 total. They were genuinely really good. I just raised them through the app.

Make a complaint about the casino on here, I did it with one who did the same to me. It may not get you anywhere in terms of a refund but will help people in the future avoid the casino that preyed on your addiction

Yeah I will mate I've only just started the complaint/refund process with the casino which is cipherwins24 (don't even think there licensed to gamble anywhere in the world never mind the uk). I'll see how that goes, raised chargebacks as well

Oh 10000% , here in Belgium I did self exclusion, our online casinos have a limit of 250€ a week, now i blew out 8,5k in 3 days of relapse since almost a year.. wish I had never found out about these offshore bullsh … 🥲

Hi. Xpate sent documents that I believe are not genuine, so I disputed them and didn't accept their response. I'm now waiting for the card scheme's decision.

In my case, the payments were processed through Xpate. Getting the money back has been difficult, so I'd be prepared for the refund process to take some time.
