A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

For anyone who needs it 1bcouk is 1club.London

they claim to be a membership for the rich. It’s just a scam. I have their owners email addresses if anyone wants them. He’s very rude and cocky just for warning

That makes sense. Having the full transaction details first should make it easier to approach Xpate with something specific rather than just the merchant descriptor.

Please let me know if you eventually contact Xpate and what response you get. I’m particularly interested in whether they will confirm their role in processing the transactions and whether they’re willing to assist with a refund.

I’m still trying to identify a few other descriptors that may also be connected to Xpate.

That’s encouraging. If Walleto didn’t submit anything meaningful on the first one, hopefully some of the remaining cases will follow the same route.

Please keep me updated if Walleto starts challenging any of them. I’d be interested to know what kind of evidence they provide and whether the bank gives you a chance to respond before making a decision.

I’ve also come across a few more descriptors that I’m trying to identify:

NERVIQ - TALDOR - KEMRIX - VELQAR - FENTRO - DEXVAN

Does anyone recognise any of these or have contact details? I’m particularly trying to find out whether any could be connected to Walleto or Xpate.

I haven’t had any direct refunds from FOLVEX, SALDRO or PELVAN. I tried resolving things first, but eventually had to go through my bank.

I’ve already recovered some money through chargebacks, although several Xpate-related cases are still pending. Based on my experience, I’d still try contacting Xpate first so you have a record of attempting to resolve it, but I wouldn’t wait too long if they don’t respond.

I managed to recover some of the TERFAST transactions through chargebacks, but I still have others pending.

Xpate wasn’t particularly helpful directly. I contacted them with the transaction details, but I didn’t get a refund from them, so in the end the chargeback route was more effective for me.

If TERFAST is ignoring you as well, I’d keep all the emails as evidence in case you decide to go through your bank.

Will do. I’m watching the remaining cases closely. If Walleto challenges any of them and submits evidence through the bank, I’ll post an update on what they provide and how the bank handles it.

I’m hoping at least a few more will go through without being contested, especially since the first one was already resolved in my favour.

I’ve come across RONVEX, FALQEN and MERTONIQ before. In my case, they were connected to Xpate.

I ended up raising chargebacks for those transactions because I couldn’t resolve them directly. Some of the chargebacks were successful and the money was returned, while others are still pending.

I don’t have anything definite on KERVON, DALTIX or ZEVRAN yet.

That’s pretty much what I suspected. I was trying to work out whether the amount had any influence, but it doesn’t sound like there’s much of a pattern.

I’ll compare it with my remaining cases as they progress. If I notice anything consistent, especially with the same descriptors, I’ll post an update here.

Sounds good. The fact that even transactions with the same descriptors are being handled differently makes it really hard to predict.

If Xpate sends another response after your challenge, I’d be interested to see whether they provide anything new or simply repeat the same information. I’ll update you as soon as anything changes with my cases as well.

Xpate challenged some of them, including transactions under both jusdot5 and jusski6. They submitted documents through the chargeback process, and I had the opportunity to respond and point out the inconsistencies.

A few are still being reviewed by the bank, so I don’t have a final outcome for all of them yet. I’ll update here once I get the next decisions.

@admin - it’s quite clear to see that Alfred, DjumK, Johnmaddison and I’d say two others are either the same person or a bot.

consistently post after each other and have been saying essentially the same thing for months now. Is there anything you can do about this? Or can I mute them in anyway please?

Honestly, Just today I was thinking that this behavior can, in my opinion, be described as flooding. I would not keep repeating the bot thing, but the patterns are obvious, especially since recently deleted posts have uncovered more strings for me.

We are not a casino, so one person can have multiple accounts, since we cannot prove the identity; however, flooding covers similar situations, and I must admit that, in my view, the line was crossed with those posts where the writer perhaps forgot to rephrase the identical text.

Dear user, based on your forum activity directly related to this specific thread and the unusual similarity of the whole activity of possibly related accounts, let me inform you that your access to public forums is restricted due to flooding.

Please feel free to explain the nature of your repetitive actions through email to community@casino.guru. I appreciate your kind cooperation.

Yeah I get that but it’s pretty clear them 3, plus I’d say Bili85 and Lisa2 are all the same person.

They give out wrong information, in particular linking Xpate to everything and they’ve all been "absolutely" waiting for "an update" from their banks.

In a forum were people try to help each other seeing 10 posts within 10 minutes of each other is annoying and unhelpful (I know I shouldn’t let it annoy me as much as it does haha)

I'm really not blind, and I'd like to thank you for sharing your concerns again. It's still not within my power to recognize or verify false information, and thus this situation is very challenging for moderation. However, I am no longer convinced that this is regular player behavior. This is actually how my AI tool suggests recreating 10 versions of the same text. Anyway, it's fair to say that potentially misleading or fake conversation based on this pattern is unhelpful, especially given the context of this thread.

I'm of course open to discussion on the ground I can cover, and if anyone considers this action unjustified, I can understand that too.
