They work with Falcora Finance. To my knowledge, when you send money to Falcora, the money is actually being sent to some kind of bank account owned by Nucleus365. I may not be entirely correct but that is what my bank were trying to tell me last time

It’s also worth highlighting that Falcora Finance.io’s own Terms of Use explicitly prohibit gambling-related transactions. Clause 3: Prohibited Users clearly states that their services must not be used by:


Entities involved in non-licensed offline gambling, betting, casinos, horse racing, or bingo.

Entities involved in non-licensed online casino, online poker, online gambling, online betting, prize draws, gift cards, or any form of lottery or scratch cards.

Can i get some help from you please? Kryptonim said they would refund me and I would get it Latest 22/04 obviously this has passed now. They are now stating that the funds were returned back to them and questioning my bank being active.. which it is? They are being very slow at responding. How quickly did you get your refund from them after they actioned it? Are they just having me on?

This happened to me. They aren’t lying to you. I just had to give them different bank account details and go through KYC. Got every penny back from them

Mine isn’t a lot, and they knocked off £20 less too but I had signed the disclosure before realising lol but i did all the KYC. And they state it can only be refunded to this bank as it’s the original payment method - but the bank is active and fine? They just aren’t replying to me. How fast was the refund for you?

Yeah I imagine this will happen, but having the crime reference number may help the bank in some way. I guess it shows that you are legitimately trying to pursue a crime?

CRN only helps if you have taken a fraud case. The bank will actually advise you to contact police and get a CRN even if they reject your case - so not sure what it does other than marks a case as possibly criminal. For Fraud the bank always check if you 3DS a payment - if you have they will almost always decline a fraud chargeback.

Yes but there is potential to argue that you authorised the 3DS payment due to believing you were depositing money to a legitimate online casino, only to find out they were not legitimate and your money was ending up in the hands of a company you had no idea existed. This can be supported by the fact that Falcora Finance clearly state in their terms and conditions that their services cannot be used for online gambling.

I’m referring to a different merchant dispute I actually have a ongoing dispute with Terrvers till June.


wouldn’t email them any of your personal details if you have a chargeback in place as they may use that against you. Just leave the dispute ongoing
