What's even worse, I quoted one of his own findings at him, where he quoted directly that chargebacks were available if the 'casino' broke their terms/contract, then completely ignored it.
Also completely disregarded that I had succesful chargebacks on Mastercard with a different bank before and therefore there was a good chance of these succeeding.
I think until we can get Mastercard to acknowledge what's going on and allow these chargebacks, we're on a hiding to nothing. We've been scammed/defrauded by these sites and deserve protection from such.
