I made a redemption request on January 26 2026 for 100 and haven't gotten it yet, I chat with customer service and get the same response, that it's in queue,waiting review and to be patient. Just wondering why it takes so long.

Hi, some casinos unfortunately take longer to process payments, so I would try to be patient for now. We give casinos 14 days to pay out players, and I believe that you will receive your money.

In any case, did the casino ask you for any documents for verification? Did you play with a bonus?
