More important, however, is your casino issue. I'll submit the basics:

"They are straight up scammers, they voided my withdrawal saying I used a bonus (which I never did or accepted while depositing). What can I do?"

"They told me they would look into it, but in the end, nothing happened. They took my money, claiming I had used a bonus, which is false because I declined any bonuses when I deposited and only played with my own money. I feel scammed and would like to do something about it."

In my opinion, this is a reasonable call whenever the casino refuses to clarify things for you.

I feel you. In my case it wasn’t even about bonuses, my withdrawal’s been delayed for weeks with no clear explanation just 'under review'. Support just keeps looping. 

Tbh, i'm already considering switching sites. A lot of people in my Discord keep mentioning cashy, no wagering and supposedly instant cashouts, so I might try that instead.

Hello, based on what I can see, you did not respond to the complaint, even though you were asked to do so several times, so we were unable to help you. My question is, why did you not reply?

Also, why does the casino not want to pay you?

Hello after reading through this thread has anyone actually received there withdrawal other than icon?

My situation is i deposited €100 with a welcome bonus of €200 had to wager this x20 so in total €6000 to wager with a max ×10 withdrawal amount to the bonus received so completed wagering and have made x2 €1000 withdrawals to my skrill which are currently under review.

I have received emails from support to say that kyc takes up to 48 hours and my withdrawal will then be processed.

Il keep you all updated if i actually receive anything but judging from this thread its highly unlikely.

If I may offer some advice, it would have been better to clarify that in the complaint rather than letting it be closed. In any case, wish you a quick withdrawal.

I'm personally a bit confused by this casino, and I still hope the withdrawals have been just delayed, but its Safety Index has dropped a bit, which is not convincing.
