i opened an account with basswin casino i don’t do a lot of online gambling so all sites are new to me.
i won some money and cleared the bonus requirements.
i can only withdrawal to a Mastercard (deposited by visa) they only have one method of withdrawal l.
I’m worried this is suspect site, does this sound normal?
anyone heard of this casino before any advice would be helpful

Hi, did you get your withdrawal processed? I'm in the same boat. Deposited with Visa, but can only withdraw to a Mastercard. Technical issues with the Visa Debit system apparently. Weird they can take funds but can't pay back. Support has been responsive. Got everything verified, now just waiting for the withdrawal to be processed. Don't know how it'll work because, to my knowledge, winnings are supposed to be paid to the card that was used to deposit. Wouldn't like to think a different card needs to be used, then wager 3x the deposit because they have a "threefold turnover" before the withdrawal gets approved.

I won a substantial amount with BassWin on Friday tried to withdraw my winnings and as u know they don’t pay into visa debit account but yet u can deposit with it, said they can pay me through Skrill if I set an account up, as I don’t have a Mastercard bank account spoke to online chat and they sent me screenshots of how to set up a Skrill account which looked a bit sketchy they also had spelling mistakes in the online chat and used a 🙏 emoji which I found to be a bit weird, then the next day I received a phone call of a mobile number and a lady said she was from BassWin but I was busy and couldn’t speak to her, I looked into BassWins in depth review and it scored a low 31 out of a 100 and owner our person who is affiliated with site is supposedly known scammer
I checked the BassWin casino site through ScamAdviser site as won a substantial amount on Friday and was a bit sceptical of sending them bank details & passport etc, it scored a low 31-100 and the registrar of the site is popular amongst scammers it says 😯

Doesn't sound promising. I had a look on that scamadvisor site then checked on Icann and I see it's Namecheap the domain's been bought at. Registered in March so it's definitely a new site and it's only registered for 1 year. No idea who owns it - hidden with privacy protection. Looks like the address is Iceland.
I've not had a phone call or emojis in the responses. That would be worrying.

It's apparently 36 hours for a withdrawal to be processed. I'll update when I hear back.
I got up to £32000 of £20 deposit am not sending them any I.D bank details etc for that reason and going on there sister sites I would be afraid of that happening

Hi, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. I see you have the same problem as the player before you and I don't envy you. I would just like to add that if you continue to have problems and are unable to withdraw, you can contact us and we will try to help you, because even though most casinos prefer you to withdraw the same way you deposited, it is not a necessity.
If you do have to withdraw by a different method, don't think that there should be no wagering on the deposit again if you have already done it once and the casino was not able to send the money by the same payment method.
So I'll wait to see how things develop and for your update.

Hello, so you are also waiting for money yes ? According to what you described, you had to verify and it was successful ? The 14 days for the casino to resolve the withdrawal in this case is also valid, although I know you don't feel good about it and I don't blame you.
Regarding the Skrill account, did you set it up and request a withdrawal there ?

If you fail to verify successfully I'm afraid you won't get any money, so cooperation with the casino will probably be necessary in this case. 🙁
I am not willing to send any I.D our bank details over to this Casino at present until I find out more information on them tbh, I don’t like what has happened so far I smell a Rat 🐀 but could be wrong will wait and see.
