Anyone heard of basswin casino, suspect withdrawal methods (side 4)

I see it hasn't moved much anywhere and they keep announcing technical problems. Which payment method did you use to withdraw ? Did you try to ask them if it is not possible to use alternative payment method and if everything would be okay with it ?

Stay away from this casino mate people on sister sites have had same issues, I keep getting calls after I have spent my money and asking me to put more money into casino and they also ask me why my bank declined some transactions and that I should change my bank card etc etc not a good sign that

They declined again 6 times they are saying we have technical problem

6 times and they are still declined my whitraw request every 2 day

If u read reviews on the sister sites they are renowned for doing this, I know of people being paid out but not for large amounts of money, they use excuses and delay tricks in my opinion, I have received calls from a lady 3 times now only when I have spent my money asking me to put more money into casino but when I wanted to cash out nothing at all. Says a lot really 🤔

I signed up a few weeks ago and deposited £100. I did the verification straight away and it was fine. I ran it up to £3000 and wanted to withdraw (maximum withdraw of £400 but maximum deposit of £2000 which is a red flag) they’ve declined my withdraw 10 TIMES NOW!!!! The keep saying it’s an Issue with the payment provider and some other bollocks they keep saying. You will never get your money please don’t deposit. You’ve been warned.

As I spotted in one of your latest posts here, it seems like a not-so-unusual situation for this casino. Well, even its Safety index 👈 does not look very promissing. Let's just hope it means only an unconfortable delay of some sort. Do you know you can pretty easily submit a free-of-charge complaint right on this website? I just wanted you to know in case things get worse.

Oh, it's always tricky to find out whether the casino truly faces some issues with its payment provider or not. But if they do, it should be just a matter of time. The thing is, you both got the same explanation, so I would prefer this version to be correct.

Anyway, I agree with both red flags.

theyre scammers. They delay you in the hope you run the balance down to zero and don’t have to pay out. The withdrawals will say "accepted" and an hour later you will get a standard email saying it’s been cancelled and please retry. I’ve tried 10 times and get the same bollocks

Agree going off there sister sites people have had very similar issues so that says it all really anyone who seems to win a substantial amount £££ never gets paid out only know of people getting about £400-£500 out of them so that raises red flags they continue to call me asking me to put money into casino and saying can u explain why bank declined the deposit so there’s another red flag 🚩 and they always call 📱 when my account has reached £0 another red flag 🚩 and they call me off different mobile 📱 numbers each time which I also think is a red flag but always the same lady

I understand your warning against the delay tactics, and thank you for mentioning how important it is not to lose the money. I just want to say that maybe they have some problems, and that would certainly be the better option, if I may say so. Obviously, such a site is hard to trust, but if they are now telling the truth, it does not matter how many times you have tried to submit a withdrawal; the point is, it may not be functional now.

If the email is autogenerated, I'm not surprised it makes so little sense under these circumstances.

In any case, I empathize with you, and our opinion about this sadly sounds reasonable.

I’ve had the exact same. I’m not going to spend the money in the account like they hope. I did think about trying to withdraw the minimum and seeing what happens but will probably be the same. I’ve given up hope of getting it back.

I think 🤔 in my opinion they will only ever pay out small amounts and are basically scammers trying to get u to put in more than there prepared to pay out
